i just finished my wine and tàsted it and it is very bitter. Well distilliation should allow the alcohol to be removed from the mixture (along with a little water- azeotropic mixture) leaving behind the orange juice- I would try a…nd do it at low temperature (low pressure distillation) rather than at normal atmospheric pressure to avoid "cooking" the orange juice too much and spoiling its flavour and destroying the vitamin C!
